How to access the GM Care Record (GMCR)

The GM Care Record is accessible either through your Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system using Single Sign On (see the system guides & videos below) or through the Graphnet portal.

To request a login for the Graphnet web portal, contact your local IT Support Desk.
