Available Dashboards

SMASH (Safety Medication Dashboard)

The SMASH dashboard helps clinicians identify patients who may be at risk from unsafe prescribing or who require medication review and monitoring. It supports safer prescribing and proactive patient care across Greater Manchester.

Sodium Valproate & Topiramate (SVT) Dashboard – The SVT dashboard helps identify and monitor patients prescribed sodium valproate or topiramate, supporting compliance with national safety guidance and helping clinicians safeguard patients who may be at risk.
